I bought these reflective bands for several different reasons.  My first reason is that I got them to give to my husband who is an avid runner.  He typically runs during the day when reflective bands may not necessarily be needed but with the amount of daylight we are loosing now having these reflective bands are essential to his safety.  He wraps them around his upper bicep.  He says that they are most comfortable when he places them on top of the sleeve of a shirt.  My second reason for buying them was that we could also use them on our bikes.  They easily wrap around the handle bars, the neck of the seat, the top tube of the bike and also on the basket that I have on the front and the back of my bike.  And the last reason that I bought them was for my 9 year old daughter to wear them.  She is often a running partner for my husband.  Unfortunately, they do not adjust to a small enough size to use on her arm or ankle.

These reflective bands are very versatile, easy to store and easy to travel with.
