I tried the spirulina powder before I tried the tablets. It is probably a good thing that I did because I appreciate the dietary supplement even more than I did. As I posted before, the powder has a taste to is that not very pleasant. But spirulina has so many benefits that I continued to add the powder to my morning smoothies. Now with the tablets I can completely bypass the unpleasant taste and get right to the benefits.
The tablets are very easy to take. It is recommended to take 4 tablets daily with or without food. 4 is a bit much for me since I take other dietary supplements so I usually just take 2.
